Stephanie Roldan currently lives with her family in Tempe, Arizona. Her deepest passion is changing the way people work and see problems in the construction industry. She has been involved in construction for over 20 years from her time as a Journeyman Wireman apprentice to Project Manager to her current role as Corporate Lean Manager. She now devotes her time to developing Rosendin employees in the office and on project sites helping them to recognize their full potential and helping them bring their greatest contribution to the world around them. Her focus on Lean culture is based on the belief that it is a human development strategy masquerading as an operational strategy, and therefore developing the people must be at the forefront.
